Without clearly defined characters, there is no drama.

What is the character wants?

First, Tippy wants to encourage the one-man-band she is listening to. This is done possibly by giving them a coin. After she loses her coin, she seems to want justice/revenge for the loss of her coin.

What is the character arc?

Tippy behaves rather indecisive in regards to the conflict between the two one-man bands over the coin in the beginning chunk of the short and then behaves more assertive with the situation after she loses her coin. She seems to decide that she needs to behave this way in order to get revenge/justice.

Power center: Tippy primarily walks with her head as a power center. This is likely done to show that she is acting timid or meek. Her walk has a slight change after she loses her coin. It seems that the power center is then either at her hips or belly. This is likely because she is behaving more confidently and is also carrying objects that have enough weight to affect her walk.

Power center: Possibly the chin. His character is presented as a bit regal, conceited, or proud which is associated with that walk. The little bit of walking I see him do, he looks a bit like he has a ballet dancer walk which usually feels like it leads with the chin visually.
