Opening Credits

2040's First Person POV until the end.

INT. LIVING ROOM - day

Twenty years after COVID-19 in 2040, the world transformed by the technology, social, and environmental upheaval that has created our new normal. From a first-person POV looking through AR/VR glasses, we move through KENNETH's beautiful spacious modern home.  As we walk down the hallway, we can see a beautiful clear sky with birds chirping from outside.  From what we can glean from Kenneth's beautiful home and the view from outside, it feels like a utopia and a sharp contrast of 2020.

As we pass through the hallway, we see AR displays on the hallways' walls reminding us of the weather, time, and how perfect things are.  The hallway lined with Kenneth's revolving digital pictures from his seven-decade of life.   The digital frames alternate Kenneth's photos as a baby with his parents, coming to the USA from Vietnam, in little league group pictures, wedding day, and graduating from college as the salutatorian.  We see Kenneth and his wife and images of him as a father, with his daughter Emily. From what we can see from the pictures, Kenneth's life with many family and friends.  As we go through the hallway towards the couch in the living room, we can see Emily, his daughter cooking in the kitchen as we head towards the sofa.

FADE OUT.

INT. virtual ar/vr hud display

From Kenneth's first-person POV, sitting on the couch, we see the HUD graphics in the foreground of his spacious living room.  The XR Head Mounted Display in 2040 is a blend between social media, AR, VR, and a desktop all integrated into one. Kenneth is scrolling with his hands when a notification pops up. A cute AR ROBOT flies into view.

Ar robot (V.O. female robotic voice)

Happy birthday, Kenneth! It is your big 7-0! What a special day!

Kenneth

Special day, indeed.

AR ROBOT

Would you like to re-live some of your most memorable memories?

Kenneth does the thumbs up gesture and suddenly three exclamation icons pop up.

Ar ROBOT (CONT'D)
